As a nursery we are actively involved within the community, singing our songs for the older adults, litter picking, Christmas plays in the village hall, learning about the people in our community.

"Since returning to the setting following their temporary closure due to COVID-19, staff have placed a high importance on supporting children's social skills and emotional well-being. The results can be seen as children settle quickly and demonstrate a can-do approach to new experiences and challenges. Children show consideration and respect towards each other and develop good relationships. "

Our aims
Our aims
Our aim as a nursery is to make sure every child is made welcome, valued and kept safe. While we believe it is very important for the children to enjoy their learning, our main focus is on the importance of the children's social and emotional wellbeing and in the building of their confidence. As we feel that these qualities are the foundations that a child needs to help to progress to a successful and happy future!
